Delivery
All our delivery prices quoted are for UK Mainland only and exclude Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. Any other locations are not covered by our courier under standard charges. If you live outside the UK Mainland and have placed an order, please contact our sales department and one of our advisors will be happy to assist. Please note, in some instances, where an order qualifies for free delivery a surcharge may be payable to cover the delivery cost.
Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied or simply change your mind, we’re happy to process an exchange or provide a full refund.

Return for Full Refund
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have just changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for a refund after this period. You will be required to arrange your own courier, or we can arrange collection of the item(s) and deduct the cost from the refund amount. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of a return for refund, any discount vouchers claimed would be deducted from the refund total.
Return for Exchange
We’re happy to exchange any item(s) within 28 days of receipt. There will be an additional charge for customers who require shipping for new item(s) as well as for collection of original item(s). There may be an additional surcharge for collection of original item(s) if you are not in the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for exchange after this period. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged / Faulty / Missing Goods
If the purchased goods arrive damaged, faulty or with missing items, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage, fault or missing items and we will be happy to assist with a replacement. All damages and missng items (inc fixings, handles, screws) must be reported to us within 72 hours of receiving goods. Any claims made outside of this period will not be upheld. For all transit related damages please inform our aftersales department in writing by email; aftersales@banyetti.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Banyetti Ltd nor the couriers are able to accept any responsibility for such damage claims outside of the 72-hour period. Please be assured all items are checked prior to dispatch ensuring they are complete with all fittings and free from defects/faults.
Return / Delivery Charges
For all unwanted goods being returned for a refund, a collection charge will apply. The amount will be determined by the size and weight of goods and the aftersales department will advise you of this when you call or email to arrange a return. If the replacement items are to be returned for exchange/partial refund, then a collection/delivery charge will apply. For further clarification please contact our aftersales department and an advisor will be happy to assist.
